Public website and waitlist

You can browse the public homepage and watch the explainer without an account. If you request waitlist emails, we store your email address and purpose-specific request and confirmation records. Only an explicit confirmation adds you to early-access news and occasional product updates. Joining does not create an account or guarantee access. You can unsubscribe using the link in the confirmation email, or contact us for help.

SendGrid delivers the confirmation. We disable email open and click tracking. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours. Pending personal data becomes eligible for cleanup after seven days, and confirmed interest expires after 730 days. Withdrawn plaintext email and associated confirmation records become eligible for cleanup after 30 days. Our operator removes eligible data when cleanup runs; an offline local worker can delay physical removal. A keyed address fingerprint may remain for 365 days to honor withdrawal or suppression. Rejoining requires a new confirmation and cannot clear an active operator suppression. Hosting logs, mail-provider records and backups have separate retention arrangements. Contact us for a deletion request or if an older unsubscribe link no longer works.

Vercel hosts the site. Hosting and security services may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, timestamps and requested resources, to deliver and protect it.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics measures visits to the public homepage and this privacy page only after you choose Allow analytics. Before that choice, we do not load the Google Analytics tag. It does not run on sign-in, account recovery, invitations, private workspaces or member previews.

When enabled, Google may receive a public page path, basic browser and device information, and analytics identifiers or cookies. We send page views with a clean public URL, without its query string or fragment. We do not send account identities, workspace content or form entries as analytics events. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our configuration.

You can keep analytics off, change your choice below, or use Privacy choices in the homepage footer. Your choice is saved in this browser. Turning analytics off stops further measurement and removes accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase information already received by Google.

If analytics is disabled in a particular build, the choice control is hidden and no tag is loaded. Google’s privacy policy explains Google’s processing.

Accounts and private workspaces

Invited users can sign in and work in private ReverbEngine workspaces. The app stores account email, sign-in verification and session information, workspace membership and access grants. Private workspace information includes artist projects, release drafts, track details, lyrics, copy, artwork selections and pinned member previews. Authorized collaborators can access information according to their current permissions.

Neon stores application data, SendGrid delivers account emails, and Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect sign-in. These services process information needed to provide their functions. Necessary sign-in cookies keep a session working. Browser storage also remembers appearance and analytics preferences. Private workspace information is not used for public-site analytics.

Retention and requests

The current MVP does not automatically expire account or workspace content. Authentication and abuse-prevention records have purpose-specific lifetimes; expired records may remain until cleanup runs. Provider logs and backups follow their own retention arrangements. We do not promise immediate removal from every backup or provider log when live data is removed.
